Information is collecting in various ways, e.g. by phone, email, referral forms and informal discussions.

In accordance with The British Psychological Society Practice Guidelines, all electronic documents relating to your child’s assessment will be kept by Mrs Hannah Morris until your child is 26 years old, and then permanently deleted.

Information will be held securely and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information is only shared with parent/carer consent, unless disclosure is required by a Court of Law or other statutory duty, i.e. if there is concern a child may come to harm.

Cases may be discussed on an anonymised basis as part of professional supervision sessions, as required by the Health and Care Professions Council.

The GDPR details your rights to access information or request it is amended/deleted. Mrs Hannah Morris will seek legal counsel in response to any requests to delete information.
